Role Overview\n\nWe are seeking passionate Retail Sales Associates to join our first retail location in the heart of South Central Los Angeles. No prior work experience is necessary! This is an entry-level position offering unique opportunities to learn about our vertically integrated business and the retail aspects of the company. \n\nApplicants must be highly motivated individuals ready to maintain Los Angeles Apparel’s visual and operational standards while prioritizing a customer-focused experience. \n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n* Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience by fostering meaningful connections and ensuring a seamless store journey from start to finish.\n* Tastemaker & Stylist: Learn and share product knowledge, highlight trending items, and offer personalized styling suggestions to inspire customers.\n* Brand Advocacy: Inform customers about our wholesale and retail products, services, and core company values.\n* Floor Operations: Maintain store standards throughout the day. Assist with replenishing the sales floor from fitting room go-backs or incoming shipments.\n* Daily Procedures: Manage inventory effectively, operate the Shopify POS system efficiently, and maintain daily store opening/closing procedures.\n* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and store management to strategize for overall team success and support new-level sales associates with understanding store standards.\n\n## Preferred Qualities (Not Required)\n\n* Bilingual.\n* Prior retail experience.\n* Reliable transportation and based in Los Angeles.\n* Adaptable to a fast-paced, industrial-adjacent retail environment.\n* Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.\n\n## Opportunities & Growth\n\n* Internal Career Growth: Opportunities to advance within Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Creative, or Manufacturing.\n* No Cover Letter Required!
