At Los Angeles Apparel, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies while recruiting for a diverse range of roles within our vertically integrated organization. As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll take a leading role in shaping and refining our recruitment practices to align with our company culture and objectives. You will foster clear and engaging communication with applicants, build relationships, and collaborate with hiring managers across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster clear, engaging, and timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with managers and supervisors across various departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Navigate multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, job fairs, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment funnel.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate alignment with company culture and role expectations.
Qualifications
- Must be based in the Los Angeles Area.
- Curious, quick, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with the Topgrading methodology is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
