Role Overview
This is not your typical analyst role. Are you a builder? Los Angeles Apparel is seeking passionate Junior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team in the heart of South Central Los Angeles. In this entry-level, on-site role, you will apply your analytical acumen, patience, and problem-solving skills to tackle large-scale projects and optimize operations across multiple departments. If you are eager to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, maintain a positive attitude, and make a real impact on domestic apparel manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
Please note: Only applicants in the Greater Los Angeles Area will be considered for this on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Inventory: Get to know our people and facilities to perform cycle counts on inventory and optimize workflows.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Scrub and debug data, sourcing it in creative, non-linear ways to generate reports, visualizations, and data-driven insights.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with various departments to enhance daily operations, efficiency, and support industry experts in apparel manufacturing.
- ERP Optimization: Meet and collaborate with developers to continuously improve and optimize our ERP systems.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Leverage your creative reasoning skills to tackle daily challenges, identifying new business opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and create your own structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for domestic manufacturing and a hands-on, "office-on-the-go" work style.
