Role description
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Associate to support raw materials inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials as they arrive.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Enter inventory data into ERP and other internal systems.
- Assist with stock adjustments, discrepancies, and audits.
- Communicate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory area.
- Support other inventory and materials-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or materials experience is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
