Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to join our HQ team. In this entry-level role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through clear communication, problem-solving, and coordination. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about apparel manufacturing, retail operations, and warehousing in our fast-paced and rapidly growing vertically integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service processes.
• Collaborate closely with retail, warehouse, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Shopify Store or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable learning new software systems and tools.
• Sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in Spanish.
